Hello! My name is Kassidy. I am a 19-year-old nail technician and esthetician. I specialize in acrylic and nail art particularly but I love to get out of my comfort zone and try new things. I love facials and eyelash extensions. I am very hardworking and love meeting new people. I started this journey in hopes of making others feel beautiful and confident. I can't wait to work with you! Please read the following before booking any appointments, thank you. POLICIES - READ BEFORE BOOKING Soak Offs/Fill-in: I do NOT offer foreign soak offs or fills. I am only comfortable working over top of my own work/products. This makes for the best possible retention and quality I can provide. Because of differing acrylics/gels, it can be extremely challenging and make for a long process to soak off others work. Please come with bare nails/lashes if seeing me for the first time! Cancellations: Any cancellation or reschedule made within 24 hours of your appointment time will be required to pay 50% of the services scheduled. Missed Appointments: Failure to cancel any appointment and/or no shows will be required to pay the 50% fee and multiple offenses may result in being banned from booking. Please respect my time, as I do yours. Late Arrivals: Please note that if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to be made in a timely manner will be made. If i do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it will be marked as a “no show” and will be treated as a missed appointment. Squeeze-In Fees: On occasion, I may be able to provide services outside of business hours. If needed, message me. Any appointments taken before or after business hours will incur a $10 squeeze-in fee. Booking Appointments: A non-refundable deposit of $15 is required upon booking all services. This will be deducted from your appointment total. Payments are accepted in cash or card. When paying with card, a 2.6% card fee will be added. I do not accept cashapp, venmo, paypal, etc. Deposits & Services: Deposits and services are non-refundable. Please tell me if anything is not to your liking or standards and I will make efforts to keep you satisfied. Failure to reschedule appointments prior to 48 hours in advance, will result in losing your deposit. If appointments are rescheduled before 48 hours, your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment time and date. As long as the appointment is rescheduled or cancelled before 24 hours, the 50% cancellation fee will not be included with the loss of your deposit. Waivers/Client Intake Forms: For particular services, I may ask for a waiver signed. This is to guarantee that I will not be at fault for using a product on you that you may not know you are sensitive to. For intake forms, I ask that you provide me with the most information you can including allergies/irritants, medications, etc. Some ingredients in skincare products can react with certain medications and allergies. The more I am aware of, the better. No questions are ever “stupid”, I love to provide you with any information I can! Thank you for understanding. CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-show or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
